Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Please note that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays. We do our best to monitor tracking, but during peak seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos or video of the damaged packaging and items are required.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can't locate it, please contact your local post office. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds, returns, or replacements for packages marked as delivered. In these cases, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
