Refund policy
All product and event sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. While product issues are rare, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can help troubleshoot. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement once the defective item is returned. Please note: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All event ticket sales and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We allow a 15-minute grace period for arrivals on schedule event times, after this grace period your time will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
